These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site"), operated by Nextwebi IT Solutions under the CipherTrivia brand ("CipherTrivia", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Informational Purpose Only

The content on this Site, including text, graphics, whitepapers, checklists, case studies and insights, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute security, legal, financial or professional advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a tailored assessment of your specific environment, systems or risk posture. Any security testing, advice or recommendations are only valid in the context of a formally scoped, signed engagement between CipherTrivia and the client.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, related systems or networks, or interfere with their normal operation;
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Site without our prior written consent;
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers or similar tools) to access or extract content from the Site, except for standard search-engine indexing.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, methodology descriptions and report formats, is the property of CipherTrivia / Nextwebi IT Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use our trademarks, logos or branding without prior written permission.

4. No Warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or completeness. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CipherTrivia, Nextwebi IT Solutions, and our respective directors, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Site is limited to the minimum amount permitted under applicable law.

7. Confidentiality & NDA

Information published on this Site (including methodology overviews, sample findings and case studies) is general in nature and contains no confidential client data; identifying details in case studies are anonymized or generalized. Any actual security engagement, including scoping calls, testing activity, findings, reports and communications, is treated as confidential and is governed by a separate mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and/or the confidentiality terms of our services agreement, executed directly with the client prior to the engagement. Nothing on this Site constitutes a disclosure of, or a waiver of confidentiality over, any client's systems, data or vulnerabilities.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources provided for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, services or practices of any third-party sites. Access to such sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
